About Us
Building Brighter Futures
Expanding access to education, technology, and opportunities for communities in need.
Why We Started
Serve Squadz was born from a simple observation: talented, driven young people in underserved communities lacked access to the educational resources and mentorship needed to reach their potential. What started as a school supplies donation drive in 2022 has evolved into a youth empowerment initiative operating across five countries. Our founder recognized that technology education alone wasn't enough — students also needed confidence-building through sports and access to learning materials through literacy programs.
Community Needs We Address
Underserved communities face interconnected challenges: limited access to technology education, lack of structured mentorship programs, and scarcity of books and learning resources. These gaps compound over time, limiting educational and career opportunities for talented youth.
Our Growth Journey
From our first donation drive in 2022 to reaching 100+ students across five countries today, our growth has been driven by community need and dedicated service. We've expanded from local initiatives to three interconnected programs — conducting 25+ workshops, collecting 400+ books, donating 300+ books, and organizing 5+ donation drives.

Founder Profile
Krishab Mehta
Founder & Executive Director
I am a 16-year-old Year 11 student at Gardens International School in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and the founder of Serve Squad. I am passionate about creating positive change through service and believe that even small actions can make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
As part of the Action Strand at school, I work with fellow volunteers to develop projects that support communities both locally and internationally. Through Serve Squad, we focus on education, sports, and community outreach to empower others and create lasting impact.
One of my greatest passions is basketball, which has inspired me to organize sessions at girls' orphanages that promote teamwork, confidence, and leadership. I am also passionate about technology and computers, leading online coding classes for students in Nepal, India, Malaysia, and Ghana to help expand access to digital learning opportunities.
Beyond volunteering, I enjoy music, exploring new technologies, and finding creative ways to give back. From book donation initiatives to educational programs, I strive to use my interests and skills to inspire others and make a positive contribution to the world around me.
